With facilities in Anchorage, Soldotna, Wasilla, and Fairbanks, Alaska Open Imaging Center has touched the lives of many Alaskans. In addition to assisting in the diagnosis and monitoring of treatment results of thousands of Alaskans, the Alaska Open Imaging Center lead the way in Alaskan teleradiology, technology allowing consulting doctors access to patient test results from any where in the world via the world wide web; the only facility to offer the open architecture MRI, a significant benefit to obese, claustrophobic and very young patients; and the first to bring positron emission tomography (PET) to Alaska.
We support local communities through participation and sponsorship of many non-profit organizations and events including Big Brothers Big Sisters, American Cancer Association, Alzheimer's Association, The Heart Run, The Alaska Women's Run, Bowl for Kids Sake and numerous local school athletic teams and events.
At Alaska Open Imaging Center, we're proud to be part of your health care team!
